Crescent Care (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Third Party Administrator (TPA) that provides healthcare benefits and insurance claim management services through our mobile application (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

We do not collect sensitive health tracking data such as continuous fitness activity, nutrition logs, or treatment management data.
