Crescent Care has experienced claim professionals providing repricing, review services to Managed Care Organizations such as PPOs and TPAs in USA and UAE. Medical Insurance Claims are received at our Service Center as scanned images and EDI using secure FTP server and the paper claims never leave Client’s office.
Claims are repriced / reviewed by logging into the client’s system through a secure connection. The repricing system is completely under client’s control. repricing review are performed strictly according to each client’s own protocols and business rules

Prior to joining Crescent Care Health TPA, Muneer Khan worked for leading companies such as Jubilee General, Adamjee Insurance, TPL Life, AsiaCare, SPI Insurance and Tawasul Health Care.
He had been with the company since 2021 as Manager Medical Services. Earlier, he served in various positions in the oil & gas industry, Health Insurance Industry and Medical Facilities.
He is an elected member of the Royal Society for Public Health in the United Kingdom as well as a nominated member of the Industrial Advisory Board of Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi. 13 + years of personable, devoted, dedicated and team-spirited medical professional with demonstrated record of accomplishment in skilled patient evaluation, diagnostics and treatment planning to assist patients with controlling symptoms, improving health and making healthier choices. Provided management, administrative, health insurance and corporate medical services to local & International companies with great sense of responsibility.
Mr. Faizan Ahmed Khan has over 15+ years of rich work experience in health Insurance. Mr. Faizan has been associated with Crescent Care as Operation Manager since its inception. He played an instrumental role in setting up the departments. Prior to joining Crescent Care, Mr. Faizan worked at senior level positions which includes his role as a Senior Manager at Health econnex Pvt Ltd the first operational TPA in Pakistan. Apart from this, his illustrious career also includes him performing roles in Adamjee Insurance and Allianz EFU Health Insurance Limited.
Mr. Shahzad Ahmed with him over 13 years of experience in health insurance. His key areas of expertise are product development and operations management. He has developed health insurance products for various stakeholders and multi-national corporations. He held Management positions at Pakistan’s first operational TPA, Insurance Brokerage firms and health insurance companies.
